Connecticut apostate bishop appoints laywoman to lead parish
NEW YORK - Less than two months after serving as delegate in the Bishops Synod on Youth which called women’s leadership within the Church “a duty of justice,” Bishop Frank Caggiano has established a new leadership model in a Connecticut parish, appointing a woman to serve as parish life coordinator.
The appointment of Dr. Eleanor W. Sauers, which was announced on Sunday in a letter to parishioners of St. Anthony of Padua in Fairfield, Connecticut, grants Sauers decision-making authority over a team of priests who will be responsible for sacramental ministry" . The Tablet4christum.blogspot.com
This is the beginning of a very great heresy that will overrun the Church...but the Bishop seems more interested in obtaining his 15 minutes of fame. He said he made his decision after "discernment." Well, that settles it - we'll disregard Scripture and precedent and rely on personal discernment.
Cardinal Müller Distances Himself Again From Archbishop Viganò
Cardinal Gerhard Müller has reiterated his recent critique of whistle-blower Archbishop Carlo Maria Viganò.
Talking to Pope Francis’ personal journalist Andrea Tornielli (LaStampa.it, November 27), he said that “no one has the right to accuse the Pope or call on him to resign”.
Müller explained that it is the task of the cardinals [to whom Francis does not listen or answer] to help Francis solving problems or to ask for explanations. But this must take place in a “private way.” Viganó, indeed, informed Francis in a “private way” about the McCarrick abuses.
According to Müller, there may never be a public polemic or attack that ends up questioning the “credibility of the Church” [Viganó never criticised the Church, only Francis' failures].
Müller says that he is “personally convinced” that Francis will do all to combat clerical abuses [although Francis has not done so in the past].

After his non-stop criticizing the Pope for 2 years, and the Catholic Church facing its biggest crisis in 500 years with homosexuality and heresy...it is delightful that Cardinal Muller is now calling for "correct table manners" as his "solution de jour." As the Catholic Church burned....Muller played the fiddle.
Bergoglio supports the homosexual heresy
Bishop Athanasius Schneider: The tragic and regrettable thing in this situation is the fact that the Holy See, which is the seat of the truth (“cathedra veritatis”), not only does not oppose this advance of the homosexual heresy, but, incredibly, even assigns ecclesiastical tasks to notorious supporters of this homosexual heresy.
One of the essential tasks of the Successor of Peter consists in strengthening, primarily, the bishops in the Catholic and Divine Faith (cf. Luke 22: 32). Unfortunately, we currently have to notice an eclipse in the Papal exercise of this very task of strengthening the truth regarding homosexuality.

This is why Archbishop Vigano did not go "too far" in demanding the resignation of Pope Francis.
Madison Bishop Robert C. Morlino Has Died
This was published on social media minutes ago:
It is our sad duty to inform you of the death of Most Reverend Robert C. Morlino, Bishop of Madison. Bishop Morlino died tonight, Saturday, November 24th, at approximately 9:15 pm at St. Mary Hospital in Madison at the age of 71. Funeral plans are pending and you will be notified via email of final arrangements.
Eternal rest grant unto him O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him. May he rest in peace.
A more formal release will be forthcoming.
Ordination Year: 1974
4th Bishop of Madison
Robert Morlino was born December 31, 1946, in Scranton, Pennsylvania. An only child, his father, Charles, died while he was in high school, his mother, Albertina, in 1980. He was raised in Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania, graduating from the Jesuit-run Scranton Preparatory High School. He entered seminary for the Maryland Province of the Society of Jesus, and was ordained to the priesthood for that Jesuit …
If you wish to know in which direction the U.S. Catholic Church is heading....there was not one message of condolence from the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops on the passing of Bishop Morlino. Horrible lack of charity and respect for the dead. Perhaps the good Bishop made them too uncomfortable with his staunch opposition to abortion and homosexuality. Eternal rest, God grant to him!
Cardinal Müller Calls Insults Received From German Pro-Gay Jesuit “Infamous”
Cardinal Gerhard Müller has qualified insults he received from the German Jesuit Klaus Mertes as “infamous” and accused Mertes of “senseless anger” (Pnp.de, November 26).
Mertes is a notorious gay-propagandist. He called Müller’s recent, well documented statement that clerical abuses are rooted in homosexuality, "abysmally wrong" and "incredibly brazen" (Katholisch.de, November 23).
The cardinal added that Mertes ignores the biblical teaching on homosexual acts,
"As impossible as it is to turn a typewriter into a piano, is the possibility for Mertes to turn the word of God into its opposite".

Respectfully said, Cardinal Muller bears very close watching....he is often inconsistent and contradictory in his numerous public comments and positions.
"Leaked": German Bishops Raise Up Against Catholic Morals and Cardinal Müller
Essen vicar general Klaus Pfeffer, Germany, announced on Facebook that a recent [allegedly] confidential meeting of German bishops reacted “with outrage” when they heard about Cardinal Müller’s assessment that homosexuality is the main reason for clerical abuses - a fact underlined by statistics.
Pfeffer called the cardinal's word “highly dangerous” [because the German prelates fear the pro-gay media's anger that want to hush up this fact].
Pfeffer reported comments by Harald Dressing, the author of the bishops' abuse study [that lists acquittals as sexual "abuses"].
Dressing, who wants to admit homosexuals to the priesthood, ranted that Catholic morals presented by Müller are "cementing a sexual morality that contributed to the abuses". In reality, abuses spiked precisely in the moment when the bishops abandoned Catholic morals.
The bishops met Dressing’s rant with "resounding applause".

The entire Nation of Germany is rapidly approaching the point when they will have to be excommunicated from the Roman Catholic Church..."the fig tree that must be cut down." They have provided great harm to the world in the last 100 years. Good and Holy Germans - please arise, your Country calls you.
Cardinal Müller: Archbishop Viganò Went "Too Far"
[Merciful] Pope Francis took “less than a minute” to fire Cardinal Gerhard Müller, 70, as prefect of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith. Müller still wonders why this happened.
Talking to Trouw.nl (November 24), he guesses that his attempts to interpret Amoris laetitia “in an orthodox way” incensed Francis.
As a consequence of Amoris laetitia, communion for adulterers has produced “a great confusion in the Church right now”. According to Müller, this is due to a discrepancy between the Church's teaching and her pastoral action.
Regarding sexual abuses, Müller pointed out that 99.99% of such crimes are committed by married men while the alleged “abuse crisis” is exploited in order to abolish priestly celibacy, “It is like treating a patient after a completely wrong diagnosis.”
Müller also spoke about whistle-blower Archbishop Carlo Maria Viganò. He believes that Viganò went "too far" when he asked for Francis' resignation.

Muller will be proved "overwhelmingly wrong," Archbishop Vigano did not go "too far" in demanding the resignation of Pope Francis. Surely, Muller knows that resignations and firings are always the first step in cleaning up a crisis. Vigano uncovered the deep problems; provided the facts; and pointed to the solution. "Too far?" I think not. Muller is posturing.
Cardinal McCarrick’s Defrocking “Drawing Nearer”
The semi-official outlet IlSismografo.Blogspot.com (November 24) called the testimony of James Grein, 61, an alleged abuse victim of Cardinal Theodore McCarrick, 88, a “blow” against the former Washington archbishop.
Grein claims he was abused from 1969 to until 1987. If this is true, the abuses started when Grein was 11 but Grein later maintained a homosexual relationship with McCarrick until he was 29 years old. In 1987 McCarrick was Newark Archbishop.
Grein’s lawyer Pat Noaker assists also a second alleged McCarrick victim whose name was never publicly disclosed and who was 16 at the moment of the abuses. According to IlSismografo this case resulted in the removal of McCarrick's cardinalate.
Since Grein's alleged abuses started when he was only 11, IlSismografo expects Pope Francis to act “more severely” when he receives the Grein documentation.
“Severity” is in strong contradiction with Francis’ mercy ideology he uses to promote …
Sadly, the whole Francis-Vigano-McCarrick affair has done incalculable harm to the Catholic Church. If only O'Malley had acted on the Fr. Boniface Ramsey Letter alerting him to the evil antics of McCarrick, we would not be enduring this crisis. It is the same inaction and denial that now envelopes Pope Francis, his supporters and the Roman Curia, at this very moment.
Speculation about Francis' Legitimacy “Border on Insanity” - FSSP Chaplain writes
“Kansas-Catholic” published on November 24 on Twitter an email, an unnamed chaplain of the Fraternity of St Peter wrote to his parishioners.
The email asks the faithful to avoid "useless speculation” about the validity of Benedict’s resignation and the validity of Francis’ election.
According to the chaplain such speculations have "no clear basis in discernible reality" and "border on insanity.”
In recent months retired US Bishop René Gracida and Monsignor Nicola Bux, a friend of Benedict XVI, questioned Benedict's resignation and therefore the validity of Francis’ election.
The FSSP has in Kansas two houses, one in Westwood (chaplain: Fr John Fongemie) and one in Maple Hill (chaplain: Fr Eric Flood).

Respectfully said: It is over and done with....let us move on. We are not brining back Benedict XVI to the papacy.
Benedict XVI: Evangelising the Jews Is "Not Necessary"
Former Benedict XVI confessed in the recent issue of the anti-Catholic German magazine Herder Korrespondenz that he has never spoken in favour of evangelising Jews, rather "about dialogue" and "not about evangelisation".
According to Benedict XVI, Judaism and Christianity are simply “two ways of interpreting” the Bible [which contradict each other and therefore cannot both be true].
The former pope writes that Christ’s missionary mandate concerns all peoples and cultures and is "universal", but then he contradicts this statement by saying that there is “one exception”,
“Evangelising the Jews [allegedly] was simply not planned and is not necessary because they alone among all peoples knew the ‘unknown God’”.
Benedict's weird claims manifestly contradict the New Testament which unequivocally states that Christ sent his apostles exclusively to the Jews. Only later the pagans were included in these efforts.
Excluding the Jews from Christ's …
How does Benedict XVI explain the planned "Conversion of St. Paul" at Damascus? The famous conversion of the Jew Alphonsus Ratisbone by Our Lady and Her Miraculous Medal in 1842? Or the powerful passage on the "Road to Emmaus"...."Oh you foolish men...so slow to believe....."
Noted Vatican Theologian Calls for Examination of Validity of Pope Benedict’s XVI’s Resignation
Msgr. Bux said some kind of profession of faith -- like the one St. Paul VI made in 1968 reaffirming what is Catholic “in the face of the errors and heresies” that came immediately after the Second Vatican Council -- is required of the pope to remedy the situation.
“If this doesn’t happen,” he warned, “the apostasy will deepen and the de facto schism will widen.”
Msgr. Bux said the situation had "become even more urgent as a result of the latest changes introduced by the pope, such as that concerning the definition of 'anti-evangelism' of the death penalty."
"And the problems, I said, are notable, because either we admit that the Church has taught the legitimacy of something anti-evangelical practically for two thousand years or we must admit that it was Pope Bergoglio to err, considering anti-evangelical what, at contrary, it is at least abstractly compliant with Revelation," Bux said. Let us forget the Benedict XVI matter and move on...look to the future. What we need now, is a brand new Pope filled with love, courage, orthodoxy and integrity. Most Holy Trinity...have Mercy on us!
Italian Bishops Launch Kamikaze Attack on Catholic Liturgy
The Italian bishops decided at their autumn meeting to falsify the Italian translation of the Our Father.
Now, the Italians are supposed to use the phantasy phrase "do not abandon us to temptation" instead of the Biblical version "and lead us not into temptation".
The bishops also decreed to exchange the line of the Glory "and on earth, peace to people of good will" with the sentimental phantasy version "peace to people loved by the Lord".
On the other side, they are still refusing to obey Benedict XVI who ordered them to correct a mistake in the Italian translation of the words of consecration.
By sabotaging the liturgy, the bishops also wreck their own authority among the faithful.

Our Lady of Fatima and St. Pius X were correct: Russia and Modernism will, indeed, spread their errors around the world. What is Modernism? It is the spirit of novelty, pride and ignorance that ripens into heresy. We are awash in this evil. Turn to Our Lady....only She can help us crush heresy!
U.S. Bishops Invite Heretics to Address Them
Sister Teresa May, a former president of the anti-Catholic group “Leadership Council for Women Religious”, was invited to talk to the U.S. bishops, gathered in Baltimore. Ten years ago her group was investigated by the Vatican for “serious theological errors”.
Sister May preached on Monday to the bishops during the exposition of the Blessed Sacrament.
Another controversial host was the ultraliberal Cardinal Roger Mahony who lectured the bishops about handling homosexual abuses although he himself is barred from public ministry due to mishandling of abuse cases.
The retired Army Colonel Anita Raines, the chair-elect of the bishops' “National Advisory Council” [on sexual abuses], recommended to the bishops to audit the seminaries regarding “predatory homosexual behaviour”.
Bishop Joseph Strickland of Tyler, Texas, suggested that Catholic dioceses should not welcome the homosexual propagandist, Father James Martin.
Outside the conference, …
Why are the U. S. Catholic Bishops allowing speeches to be given to themselves by a dissident nun with the (visible) Blessed Sacrament nearby in Exposition? This seems disrespectful and a grave misapprehension of the Honor due to the Real Presence.
Abp. Viganò urges U.S. bishops to confront sex abuse as ‘courageous shepherds’
ROME, November 13, 2018 (LifeSiteNews) — Archbishop Carlo Maria Viganò today has issued a brief note to the U.S. Bishops, urging them to confront sex abuse as “courageous shepherds” rather than “frightened sheep.”
The U.S. Bishops are currently in Baltimore at their much-anticipated fall annual meeting at which they were expected to vote on concrete proposals to hold bishops accountable for their failures after the revelations about former Cardinal Theodore McCarrick.
The message from Archbishop Viganò, who served as U.S. Nuncio from October 2011 until April 2016, comes one day after the Vatican insisted that U.S. Bishops not vote at their fall assembly on two action items to prevent sexual abuse coverup: standards of accountability for bishops and the special commission for receiving complaints against bishops.
Here below we publish the official English text of Archbishop Viganò’s message to U.S. Bishops,…4christum.blogspot.com
Archbishop Vigano will be remembered as a very great prelate...who led - standing strong and fearless when he got the call. God bless, Vigano!
Youngsters ‘dressed like Satan’ desecrated church in Naples
ROME - A group of youngsters danced around Naples' San Gennaro all’Olmo Church on Halloween while dressed in Satanic clothing. They drank alcohol and played music in the sacred building throughout the evening, and at times even pretended to perform mass at the altar.
Photos of the youngsters’ inexcusable behaviour were posted online shortly after their departure of the building. In the images, they appear to be sitting on the church’s altar while wearing provocative clothing. A bar appeared to have been set up in a corner, and two DJs were seen to be playing music.
At one point, they also pretended to be martyrs of the 1799 Neapolitan Revolution. They re-enacted hangings in the choir of the church, where Enlightenment philosopher and historian Giambattista Vico was once baptised.
The young people performed parodies of masses on the high altar. And the closing of the party, in the wee hours of the morning, was a simulated "hanging …4christum.blogspot.com

Faithful Protest Outside Vatican Nunciature, “Give Us Cardinal Burke”
American Catholics, including the victims of homosexual abuses, will be demonstrating on November 12 in front of the Apostolic Nunciature in Washington D.C. holding up banners with the text, "Give Us Cardinal Burke" asking Pope Francis to appoint Cardinal Raymond Burke as the next Washington Archbishop.
Cardinal Burke has a long pastoral experience as a bishop and is able to bring about in Washington D.C. a true Catholic reform.

Yes....Most Holy Trinity, if it is your will: Please give us Cardinal Burke for Washington, D.C.
Bishop: "We need to respect the Protestants' decision not to be Catholic"
“Satan wants to destroy the Eucharist, and he can do that by trying to destroy the priesthood, and the bishops as well”, Bishop Liam Cary, 71, of Baker, Oregon, a vast diocese near Canada with only 35 priests and 35,000 Catholics.
Cary told CatholicWorldReport.com (November 8) that the German bishops' Protestant Communion contradicts the fact that receiving Communion requires believing in the priesthood, the Creed, the sacraments and Our Lady.
He concludes that we need to respect the decision of the Protestants not to be Catholic.

I agree with Bishop Cary....reading his entire (CWR) interview is important. Good stuff. Perhaps he could have also reminded us, "Outside the (Catholic) Church, there is no salvation."
Netherlands: Only 6% of “Catholics” Attend Sunday Mass
51% of the Dutch over 15 years do not belong to any religion according to new statistics published by the Central Statistics Bureau, Agensir.it reports (October 22).
24% of the Dutch are Catholic. Of those claiming to be "Catholic" only 6% effectively practice their Faith, this is 1.44% of the total Dutch population. 5% of the Dutch are Moslems. 78% of the Dutch have never or hardly ever attended a religious service at all.
Before Second Vatican Council more than 40% of the Dutch population were practicing Catholics. This abruptly changed after the Second Vatican Council and the liturgical changes which were introduced in the Netherlands with peculiar fanaticism.

The Catholic Catechism (#1861) offers a very powerful warning on missing Sunday Mass. Mortal Sin, "causes exclusion from Christ's kingdom and the eternal death of hell, for our freedom has the power to make choices for ever, with no turning back." I didn't see that warning given at the Youth Synod, which is what true Pastors would do.
