Attorney General Ken Paxton has won another important legal victory for election integrity. The Fifth Circuit reversed a lower court and upheld key parts of Texas Senate Bill 1. Voters casting mail ballots must provide an identification number or Social Security number that matches state records. They also receive multiple chances to correct defects.
