The Church of the Holy Sepulchre to Reopen After 40 Days

On Thursday, Israel lifted restrictions on Holy sites in Jerusalem, that had been in place for nearly 40 days during the war against Iran.

The sites included the Church of the Holy Sepulchre.

The reopening comes after Christians were unable to attend the key liturgies during Holy Week and Easter. It comes just in time for schismatic Christians who will celebrate Easter this Sunday. They are unwilling to calculate the correct date of Easter, which is based on the equinox.

There are a plethora of differing answers for the question you asked, all of which are disputed at various levels and by opposing groups and individuals.
