Leo XIV Appoints Bishop Who Ordered Homosexual Inclusion in Lay Ministries
Gloria TV continues to bring these shocking matters to our attention and I genuinely appreciate being informed. However, as @Father Karl A Claver has noted, I'm no longer shocked. Many years ago I would have been, but I now recognize that it is not Catholicism. It is an entirely different religion.
Yes, the Pope and the bishops are still members of the Catholic Church but most of them have nearly entirely abandoned authentic teachings and promote Conciliarism, the diabolically-inspired religion of Vatican II that continues to lead many away from God.
Although Rome has rejected the SSPX which continues to profess only the authentic teachings of Catholicism, faithful Catholics will to be fooled. Yet, many Catholics who have been indoctrinated into following their false religion will continue to drift further away from the truth.
Sadly, too, many of these souls are family members who blindly refuse to read the publications that explain what has happened to the Church or even listen to explanations from their faithful Catholic relatives. Nevertheless, all we can do is pray for them.
Kwasniewski zu Certamen: Traditionis Custodes ist gescheiterte Gesetzgebung
Yet, he conveniently overlooks the Conciliar religion's "manifest authentic-Catholicism irregularities." If questioned, of course, Kwasniewski would disagree with a significant amount of the current Conciliar practices being winked at or promoted by the Conciliar popes, bishops and priests.
I suspect that he wants to try to keep one foot in each camp so he can project himself as being a "Catholic" for all readers.
"But because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold, not hot, I will begin to vomit thee out of my mouth."
Vance "Wouldn’t Be Shocked" If Antichrist Walked Among Us
I'm not sure I'd agree with the comment by this writer that Vance was assigning himself a "grand role" in God's plans. Shouldn't we all be doing God's work while we're here? Perhaps I've missed something in what was said.
Austrian Bishop Bans FSSPX Rosary at Mariazell Basilica
Could there be any greater evidence that this prelate is Satanically inspired? I would think not.
FSSPX to Continue Lourdes Pilgrimage Despite Bishop’s Restrictions
@Bonnie Louise Yes. It's about a 15 minute walk.
Cardinal Vesco: Netanyahu Wants the Palestinian People to “Disappear”
There is no worldly solution for the Middle East crisis. There will only be peace when the Jews acknowledge that Jesus Christ is the Messiah and accept Him as their Lord and Savior. Then there will be peace.
FSSPX to Continue Lourdes Pilgrimage Despite Bishop’s Restrictions
Even though the laity is unable to see what is happening to the Conciliarist-led Church in Rome, surely the bishops and many priests see it. And while they may please some, they do not please God, and one day they will face God and will fully understand what Jesus Christ meant when He said: to whom much is given, much is expected.
Mgr Jean-Marc Micas, évêque de Tarbes et Lourdes, refuse à la FSSPX, et à ses fidèles, de venir …
For the record, the excommunication are on appeal. Under canon Law they are suspended until a final determination is made. The FSSPX has a very strong case on multiple grounds that would place them is a very favorable position of prevailing before a fair tribunal.
Whether they will have that fair tribunal remains to be seen, but until there is a final determination by the Pope, even in the eyes of the Conciliarists they are every bit as valid as the judgmental bishop who banned them from Lourdes. The bishop should withdraw his ruling and apologize.
Bishop Schneider: FSSPX Consecrations Do Not Necessarily Constitute "Schism"
A great statement on the part of Bishop Schneider, but I'm afraid he innocently believes the Conciliar leaders of the Church, including Pope Leo XIV, are interested in suppressing Modernism and re-establishing the authentic teachings of the Catholic Church.
He is incredibly naive to not realize what the Conciliarists are actually promoting, as I don't believe he is duplicitous.
Cardinal Burke to Michael Knowles on traditional Roman Mass: “The most important thing for those who …
Well said, @solipso. By branding himself a "conservative," he attracts confused Catholics and ultimately serves the Conciliarists. While he is correct that the Traditional Latin Mass (TLM) will never be suppressed, it is not for the secular reasons he claims, such as its popularity among young people. Instead, the TLM and the SSPX will endure because of Christ's own promise: the gates of hell will not prevail against His Church.
Oslo Bishop on Diocesan Synod: "I Exclude Anything against Faith and Morals"
A clever but meaningless pronouncement. Pope Leo XIV would feel quite comfortable in offering similar assurances.
The problem with Conciliarism is that the teachings of the Second Vatican Council have allowed the Modernist leaders to determine what "contradicts or calls into question the doctrine of the Church." They call it a "living" Magisterium.
Leo XIV' New Consultors for Dicastery for Religious Life Are Liberal, Synodal "Reformers"
Sadly, most Catholics are now "Conciliar Catholics." And since Conciliarism is an ever-evolving religion its tenets are constantly being updated.
But make no mistake, Conciliarism is Satanically driven and Satan's ultimate goal is to destroy the Catholic Church. Faithful Catholics know that will never happen, but the authentic Catholic Church will suffer greatly as Rome moves further away from the truth through Synodality.
And while the role of the SSPX is still unclear to many, all should recognize that it is the only priestly organization celebrating the TLM that adheres exclusively to the authentic teachings that pre-dated Vatican II.
The most revealing clue as to its legitimacy, however, is that the SSPX is the only priestly organization that the Conciliarists in Rome regularly attack and work to destroy.
There are relatively few Catholics who assist at the SSPX Masses, but as Jesus told us, when He returns He expects to find very few who have not loss their faith.
Spanish Archdiocese Distances Itself After Priest Calls for Conversion of Morocco
This priest should really have known how offensive his remarks were. Apparently he was under the impression that he was a priest in the Catholic Church where Jesus Christ ordered His followers to “go ye therefore and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father the Son and the Holy Ghost. No. He’s a Conciliarist!
What is absolutely amazing, though, is that Conciliarists who call themselves Catholic, are so indoctrinated they believe the SSPX is schismatic.
Sydney Archbishop: Homosexuals Mocked Catholic Faith
Yet, he embraces the Second Vatican Council, the very source of the sacrilegious parody. What a foolish man.
FSSPX Files Appeal against the July 2 Decree
@V.R.S.
I appreciate your perspective, and I share many of your concerns regarding the errors of Pope John Paul II's pontificate. My intention was not to defend any of his teachings or beliefs, but rather to offer some historical context on how the global Catholic landscape has shifted since 1988. Like any other faithful Catholic today, I recognize many of Pope John Paul II’s teachings as being false and heretical.
However, it helps to look at that era through a pre-internet lens. In 1988, the vast majority of regular churchgoing Catholics had very limited access to traditionalist perspectives, and the SSPX was largely unknown to the average parishioner. To the laity at the time, the visible structure of Rome appeared continuous with the church of their youth, and the Traditional Latin Mass was a rarity.
The widespread awareness of theological issues that faithful Catholics discuss today simply did not exist in the collective consciousness back then. I hope this helps clarify my point: it was not about defending the teachings of a Modernist Pope, but about understanding the unique state of mind and limited information available to the laity in that specific moment in history, compared to today.
FSSPX Files Appeal against the July 2 Decree
The outcome of the purported excommunication of the six bishops today will be far different from the outcome of the 1988 excommunications.
In 1988, there was no visible reason for Catholics to doubt Pope John Paul II’s sincerity as a faithful Catholic. In the minds of most of the laity at the time, he at least appeared to be faithfully following the authentic teachings of the Church, at the same time. The SSPX was completely unknown to the world and was easily labeled as a breakaway religion. Yet, they survived and grew unimaginably.
That is not the case today, as many Novus Ordo Catholics, whether they follow them or not, recognize that the SSPX strictly adheres to the authentic teachings of the Catholic Church, and that it is the leaders in Rome who are following the teachings of Vatican II.
I would be greatly surprised not to learn that Rome is looking (praying?) for a lifeline at this time.
Los obispos que hace no mucho hablaban de la ‘Prioridad del Evangelio’ contra posiciones políticas, …
It is because of Conciliarists like this one that the SSPX will continue to grow in numbers.
Pagliarani Blocked Fellay's 2018 Deal: "Rome Has to Acknowledge Its Errors"
Thank you Jesus for giving us Fr. Pagliarani. May he long serve as Superior General of the Society of St Pius X, and may he long continue to protect the authentic teachings of the Catholic Church,
US Archbishop Calls Attending FSSPX Masses "Sinful"
This ignorant bishops doesn’t even know what then leaders of his own misguided religion is professing. Is there really any wonder why the Church is in such disarray?
US Archbishop: “I Met Sincere Catholics and Strong Families within FSSPX”
The Archbishop has mastered the art of "damning with faint praise." However, he fails to see that the SSPX's core mission extends far beyond the preservation of the Traditional Latin Mass. Rome does not oppose the SSPX over liturgy, but because the Society refuses to abandon the authentic, unchangeable Catholic teachings minimized after Vatican II.
Formed in a modern seminary, the Archbishop champions a compromised, conciliar theology. While he may lure faithful Catholics back with the temporary promise of a Latin Mass, that permission will inevitably vanish under a synodal agenda. The true tragedy is that those who follow his advice risk losing their Roman Catholic identity entirely, gradually adopting the very Protestantized mindset he embodies.
